The apartment with separate entrance offers with its approximately 52 square meters of living space the cozy setting for your holidays, getaways or hiking days.

In the living room is a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. A comfortable sofa bed can also be used here. If you want, a small wood stove will make you feel warm in this room. You also have the opportunity to relax after an eventful day on the large balcony (south side) and enjoy the rural tranquility.
A large television, a radio, games and books provide variety and a pleasant evening.
The separate bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious closet with sliding door.

3,50 € p. Pers. and set (guest towel, towel, bath towel) available. Please notify the landlord when booking.
The price includes the bed linen, as well as table and tea towels.
For your dog we charge 7 € p./ Stay or Week.
PLEASE NOTE:
For a short stay (1-3 nights), a pro-rated cleaning fee of 15 € will be charged.
All other costs such as electricity, water, heating and cleaning are inclusive in the room rate.
