The apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator), has an east-facing balcony, is about 50 square meters, friendly and functional and accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Short and communicative is the transition from the kitchen to the dining area – table and four chairs made of light wood – and then to the actual living room: This consists of a sofa with reading light, two armchairs, a coffee table to feet feet or playing together, a stereo with radio , CD player and USB port, a flatscreen TV and – indispensable on vacation! – a bookshelf with over 100 books. Whatever you like to read, whether sophisticated literature, non-fiction books, thrillers or cookbooks: Here you will find something. And if the book is not read by the end of the holiday: no problem – if you have another one, you are welcome to take it with you.
The sofa is extendable and offers space for two more sleepers, and the two high French windows, through which you step on the balcony, let in a lot of light and sea air: In appropriate weather, the whole apartment is sunlit. And if you sit down for breakfast on the balcony, you will see the sea between the trees!
To the east is also the bedroom with the wide, comfortable double bed (with two mattresses), and you can – but you do not have to! – wake up from the morning sun.
The bathroom on the other side of the apartment is tiled in white and blue and has – in addition to sink, bathroom cabinet and toilet – a walk-in, pleasant spacious shower and a towel radiator.

The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, hair dryer, a private parking space in the underground car park – the No. 12 – and a lockable bicycle storage. And not to forget: It is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person stays for 15,00 €, bed linen included. Towels are not included, but can be booked for € 9.00 per towel set. From 10 nights the room service is included. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.

Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. – 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
