The Non smoking apartment on the 1st floor towards the courtyard offers 45 square meters of space for 2-4 people. From the entrance with wardrobe, the path leads to a built-in dining area inside the living area with coordinated colors. In the comfortable living room you have a fold-out sofa bed with coffee table and a padded relaxation swing chair with footboard. A video / TV / stereo and a bookcase are also available.
An open kitchen joins the living area. The stylish fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven, 4 ring stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
The light-filled bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160×200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
From the bedroom you enter the functional indoor shower room with toilet and towel warmer.
particularities
The apartment has a separate entrance and is located 260 meters from the beach. In the common laundry room on the 2nd floor of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer for free use.
booking
The price is for double occupancy, two to four people including utilities. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for 9.00 € per set to do so. If you rent for 10 nights the room service is included. The settlement of tax due upon arrival.

Tourist tax – the settlement of the tax is due upon arrival. The tourist tax for all persons over 16 years in the period from 01 05th – 30 09th of each year 2.10 EUR per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 euros and in the period from 01 10 . – 30 04 of each year 1.50 EUR per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
