In “Ferienhaus Strandzeit” we offer you a comfortable house for the whole family.

Space for 2-4 persons plus a toddler and a modern interior await you in Haus Strandzeit. The bright kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and much more. The adjacent large dining table offers enough space for the whole family to eat, play and chat. The cozy living area with satellite TV and DVD player leaves nothing to be desired. On colder or rainy days, a fireplace provides a cozy warmth and relaxing atmosphere. The living area leads directly onto the adjoining furnished terrace with large garden. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a bath with toilet.
particularities
For our little guests you will find a highchair in the house. Furthermore, dear guests will find a free washing machine in the utility room. All windows have electric outdoor shutters. On the large furnished terrace you can u. a. spend nice barbecues.
In addition, there are 4 bicycles (size 26 “- 28”) outside, which you can use for free during your stay.
booking
The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person 10.00 € per night including bed linen. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. For a rental of 10 nights room service is included. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time.
Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. – 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
