This lovely duplex is located close to the well-known village of Goldegg, in the quiet yet idyllic district of Goldegg-Weng. You will have the right side of the structure entirely to yourself. It consists of a very spacious living room with a great open-plan kitchen containing an espresso machine and all modern appliances, with direct access to the terrace, You also have a washing machine and dryer. The 1st floor contains no fewer than 3 bedrooms and a spacious, luxurious bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The entire accommodation boasts a charming design that will make you feel right at home. There is a carport next to the house with a place to store your skis. You can get fresh rolls every day from a bakery close to the house. In short: truly a house where you can experience a wonderful holiday in any season of the year. Goldegg, known for its beautiful setting, for Goldegg Castle, wonderful swimming in Böndlsee Lake and of course the golf course, is situated right in the middle of the state of Salzburg, making it an ideal destination for your holiday. In winter, the ski bus stops 100 metres from the house and the ski lifts are just 1500 metres away. Alternatively, the large Alpendorf/Wagrain ski area is just a few minutes’ drive away as well.
