Idyllic, nice well developed location. This large property is ideal for groups and families.
16 regular beds, in various Room Cat. (1 single room, 2 double rooms, 1 4-bed room, 1 6-bed room, 1 large cot for a fee. In addition 2 Matzratzen on the ground possible. The shared room has a kitchenette with ceramic hob and oven. Refrigerator in the fireplace room.
In addition, 4-6 people can sleep in the straw in the barn. With sleeping bag. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Breakfast, bed linen / hand u. Kitchen towels after arrangement and against surcharge. Otherwise bring your own.
Large fireplace room with a cozy, open fireplace (bring your own wood).
There are two shared showers with WC. Once up, one down.
Parking is at the house. (1 in front of the gate, restl. Cars please behind, SCHRÄRG drive in front of the trees – 5 cars) Large garden with pond and mature trees. For smokers there are various outdoor seating areas. There is also a grill for shared use (bring your own charcoal)
The location of the property is absolutely idyllic and quiet but close to very busy village center with many shops. (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Combi, many restaurants and pure tourism and much more) Oldenburg 26km, to the Wadden Sea ca 11km. The highway entrance to the A28 / A29 is 5.7km away. The house is situated between Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven. By the way: for riders it is also paradisical: two large riding stables are within walking distance. The horses graze on the fence! Sleep here: ride over there?
Children and dogs welcome. However, dogs must stay on a leash; free-roaming ducks, chickens in the garden! The farm includes two lovely, cuddly dogs, two cats, serams and quail.
Hot-Tube: if you want to use the sauna or the hot-tube, please let me know 48h before. The bath tub needs 12-14h !! to get warm! Price per person 19.- / Euro from min. 5 persons.
The skylights in the upper floor are to be kept closed! It rains here every 30 minutes sometimes !!
Shoes may be parked under the stairs. In the OG NO shoes are allowed.
Please also note the check-out time (10. 30h) and the conditions of the room, the object! In case of gross contamination or non-compliance with the checkout time, we have to add an additional fee. Charge a fee. After cleaning depending on the degree of soiling 70 .– to 160 .– Euro. Late check-out 30 minutes 50 .– Euro. You will understand that for sure; Everyone would like to check in punctually; otherwise the rooms will not finish until the next dear guests are there ;-).
