The House at the village well is located on the mountain near the German Wine Route and at the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the old center of the small wine village of Bobenheim. The house was built in the late 90s and rented as a holiday home since 2017th
It is situated directly opposite the village square with a fountain and the Protestant Church, is located in the immediate vicinity of the village bakery.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall with guest toilet and a bedroom, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a small kitchen with a bright dining area (in the bay window). It adjoins a large living room with wooden floorboards (sofa bed for 2 persons.) The living room is separated from the kitchen area / dinette by a glass door.
Upstairs is a high quality marble bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet.
In the attic are two bedrooms: a large bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Here is additionally a shower / WC, also with marble.
If the house is occupied by more than 4 persons, the third bedroom will be opened on the ground floor (from May 2018 finished)
The living space, which is then available to guests, is about 110 square meters.
So it can sleep a maximum of 8 people in the house (6 people in 3 bedrooms and possibly 7th and 8th person in the living room)
If the house can only be rented with up to 4 people, the bedroom remains closed in the EC.
This makes the house ideal for 2 families or several couples or friends.
The house does not have its garden, in front of the house, however, is a sunny seating place with 2 chairs, opposite the village square or at the village bakery are benches to sit outside.
