Property Description
The houseboat is located in a quiet sub-arm of the Oberelbe. The interior is 20sqm and consists of a separate sleeping berth, a seating corner, a spacious kitchen line and an entrance hall. The mattress in the berth has a length of 220 cm. The seat can be converted to a sleeping place. The houseboat has a fan heater and a wood stove. The roof terrace has an area of ??35 sqm. The boat is equipped with a small toilet / washroom and an outside shower. The actual sanitary facilities (shower, toilet, washing machine, dishwasher) are located in a container on land, about 200m away.
On the lower front porch there is a double-burner gas grill with side burner (hob).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the upper terrace two sun loungers, a table with chairs and even a beach chair invite you to linger. Seat cushions and cushions are also located at the top in a wooden box.
In the houseboat there are two TVs with DVB-T (one in the bunk and one in the sitting area with DVD and Apple TV) and a radio with Bluetooth receiver. In addition, Internet access via WLAN is possible for free.
A pedal boat is also included and can be used.
Fishing and fishing lures are on board.
Bicycles can also be borrowed for free.
The historic center is about 1 km away. Here you will find everything for your daily needs, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies and cafes.
The houseboat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe cycle path and the Unesco biosphere reserve Flusslandschaft Elbe Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The Elbe with small sandy beaches is about 1 km to the west.
The houseboat is located directly on a jetty in the water and is therefore not suitable for children and animals.
The houseboat itself has no drive and therefore can not be moved.
The key will be handed over personally on site (flexible in time).
There is a fenced car park for cars.
Bicycles can also be safely enclosed in a container.

Boizenburg is about 60 km from Hamburg.
Arrival by car via the B5 or B195.
From Hamburg a regional train goes to Boizenburg. There is also a bus to Boizenburg Market. The travel time by train from Boizenburg to Hamburg is about 60 minutes.
Arriving by public transport is also possible via Lauenburg (bus / train).
