It is just south of the city of Wolfratshausen, and located in a quiet area. The surroundings are well-built with green spaces. A large fruit garden has been set up nearby.
The 50-sq.m holiday house offers a bedroom, a living area, a bathroom with a toilet and a kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a separate dining area, and a large LCD TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is completely equipped.
The bathroom is spacious and luxuriously furnished. It has been exquisitely renovated in 2015. Separate telephone access and internet connection are available.
The ground-floor residence is semi-detached and completely separate with its own exit and garden.
