The house sleeps 9-11 people and has a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains of the Tyrolean Zugspitze region. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups.
In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, for ski tours or snowshoeing. The next ski lift is only 2 km away (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of trails for cross-country skiers.
The house is located directly in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena, at an altitude of 1100m to 3000m. A fabulous skiing and hiking paradise in the immediate vicinity of Berwang, Lermoos and Ehrwald.
