I live in a lovely old two-room apartment in south Kreuzberg, very close to Bergmannstrasse. Its a 10 minute walk from the Jewish Museum, 10 minutes by train to Brandenburger Tor and Friedrichstrasse. Theres four subway lines crossing within a 5-minute walk (Mehringdamm, Mockernbrucke, Hallesches Tor), so its extremely central. The apartment consists of two rooms, with one soft visco-foam double bed+one extra mattress to be put on the floor, large dining table, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking and a bathroom. The windows face the eastern part of Berlin, giving you a decent skyline. This is an old apartment you are renting, so don’t expect a hotel experience where everything is newly renovated.
