We invite you to feel completely at home with us. Our offer: We offer our guests a furnished with love and attention to detail House in bungalow style. For a relaxing holiday you are about 60 square meters available. This can accommodate max. 4 persons – consisting of a kitchen, bathroom with shower, living area (incl. Fireplace, sofa bed) and a separate bedroom. Families with children are welcome to join us. In the green and natural garden, you can end the day.

Numerous lakes and some rivers, such as Spree, and Dahme Müggelspree are inextricably linked with the name of Berlin. One of the best known and largest lakes of the Müggelsee one in Berlin. Here are a variety of hiking and bathing opportunities – an ideal place to combine big city experiences with a relaxing holiday.

Information about the legal “City-Tax”:
Since 01. January 2014, a city tax will be charged on all tourist stays in Berlin. This is 5% of the net nightly rate per night. This overnight tax is only applicable if the stay is purely business related and the guest can prove it. In all other cases, the landlord is obliged to withhold the tax and pay it to the State of Berlin.
House rules – short and clear: no parties, no events and a considerate use of resources.
Longer rental periods are possible on request.
