Just a 10-minute walk from the Kaulsdorf lakes, this bungalow-style holiday home is located on the back of our property. It was finished in 2017 and is both comfortable and modern. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of our capital and end the day comfortably.

A powerful extractor hood directly above the cooking island ensures the right room climate. If you do not want to cook yourself or have a barbecue on the terrace, you can choose between German, Hungarian, Greek, Italian and Asian cuisine in the area. Underfloor heating gives you nice warm feet even on cold days. Under the rain shower in the bathroom you can relax and leave the stress behind.
There are shops for daily needs in the immediate vicinity and you can even book a delivery service for your breakfast rolls at bakery prices.
The tram stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, from there you need about 40 minutes to the TV tower at Alexanderplatz.
Parking is available directly in front of the property.
