Children up to 2 years free. Only 15 minutes to the Alexanderplatz and 25 to the Kurfürstendamm. In the immediate vicinity are the zoo and the gardens of the world.
Living room
You live in a typical Berlin residential estate in a cozy wooden guesthouse with beautifully landscaped garden, spacious terrace and swimming pool. The perfect place for a break from the hectic inner city of Berlin in a relaxed and peaceful environment. Ideal for families with children. In summer, our pool can be shared or barbecued. Children up to the age of 2 years are free. The furniture is in a cozy country house style. The house has a bedroom, a living room with comfortable sofa bed and flat screen TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils. The house is heated and there is free Wi-Fi. The beds are made and towels are available. Free parking is available in front of the house. The tram, S-Bahn and bus can be easily reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Driving time to Alexanderplatz about 15 minutes, to Kurfürstendamm about 25 minutes. Those who like to explore Berlin by bicycle can rent bicycles for a fee of 8 € per day. We have 2 bicycles and a child seat available.
Access for guests
You can use our garden, the guesthouse, the terrace and in summer with us the pool. The most relaxed way to explore the area and the city by bike. You have 2 bikes and 1 child seat (fee 8.- € per day and bike). Please specify the interest when booking in advance.
Interaction with guests
We live in the front house, Isolde and Michael. Sometimes our daughter Anne with her sweet Amelie and our son Robert are visiting. We are happy to be there for your inquiries and can give you as “old” Berlin certainly many insider tips.
Otherwise, please note
Bed linen and towels are available. Free Wi-Fi access is there, the password can be found in the garden shed. In front of the house there are many free parking spaces on the street. Check in is possible from 15 o’clock. Check out is at 11am. Just throw the keys in the front of the mailbox when leaving the property. A later check out or earlier check in is possible if no other booking is made on the same day.
