The approximately 120-sq.m holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 people. From the 45-sq.m living and dining area you have access to the front balcony, as well as to the other side of the room, where you can access the 12-m long terrace with a view of the wonderful garden.

The holiday flat is ideal for families with children. A nice big playground and a kindergarten are located within about 300 m. The big covered terrace is ideal for games and barbecues.

Both bedrooms are oriented towards the garden and each of them has a terrace access. The master bedroom contains a dressing room, where an additional bed can be set up. In total, there are beds for 4 adults (2 double beds). A guest bed can be provided on request.

The holiday flat is provided with a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there are cupboards and counters, as well as a guest toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a high-class fitted kitchen. Here you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with compartments and a freezer, a modern stove with a glass ceramic top, a hot-air grill and an extractor hood, as well as an extensive tableware equipment.

The house, built by a famous Berlin architect, is well maintained, luxurious, and has only 10 more flats, as well as the office nearby.

The holiday flat has just been completely cleaned and is a non-smoking holiday flat (smoking is allowed on the balconies).
A private parking space is provided at the underground garage.
