Our lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment offers the ideal base for your stay. Sleep absolutely quiet and comfortable in high-quality box spring beds. Centrally located and yet very quiet. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us.
In just a few stops away places such. As the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstrasse, the East Side Gallery, the KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm u. V. M.
Free Parking in the entire radius of the apartment. Free Wifi / WLAN with 50 M / bits and HD PayTV.
The 60 m² apartment consists of 3 rooms, have a ceiling height of 3.30 m.
Room no. 1:
– 1 quality kingsize box-spring double bed (180 x 200).
(2 Pers.)
Room no. 2:
– 2 single box spring beds (90 x 200). If necessary, you can push them together this to a king-size bed. (2 Pers.)
If you want to travel with 5 or more people, we prepare the sleeping places 5,6,7, … on comfortable extra beds in the living area. For their maximum number of people, please contact us.
On request, we can provide two travel cots (60x 120 cm) and 2 highchairs.
For absolute darkness exterior shutters can be lowered (in young children or jet lag).
The spacious kitchen and living area is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, large fridge & freezer, oven, washing machine, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and a variety of small items and extras such as ironing board, iron, ect ….
On the 47 “flat-screen TV you receive many channels in HD quality, some international channels. In the whole house is WiFi / WLAN mot 50 M / bits available.
In the bathroom a new shower was installed. Of course we provide towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer provided.
For your stay in Berlin you will find diverse information material in the apartment.
For drivers: Parking your car is on the doorstep and in all surrounding streets completely free and safe.
The nearest supermarket (Edeka) is situated just 250 meters away.
The times for check-in and check-out are to arrange generally flexible with us.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in a quiet side street (30 Zone), near the river Spree and the Charlottenburg Castle, together with Castle Park. They sleep more quietly are still in the middle of the city.
Every Wednesday and Saturday 300 meters instead of a weekly market. In the market, or in about 250 meters away, supermarket (Edeka) are all everyday necessities.
Apart from the Charlottenburg Palace and the vast park there are many museums, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance.
