The upper level offers a dartboard, pool table, TV and a sitting area.
The bedrooms are in a partial sub-basement with large window offering good lighting and are also staying cooler during the hot summer time. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The beds are set up as followed:

3. bedroom: One queen size bed with an attached bathroom
