Entering the house, the feeling of relaxation and security sets in. All our guests shared this experience and spent a wonderful time here. Selected decorative elements and various light illuminations that can be switched on and off playfully create something special.
Through intelligent room layout, the different residential units merge into one unit. One big room, an oasis of relaxation. Here you want to stay, make yourself comfortable and relax.
A large cozy big sofa in the living room invites you to linger. From the large balcony window looks directly into the garden. If you open the balcony door you can step directly onto the terrace. Whether you listen to the birds, enjoy the green surroundings, sunbathe or enjoy your breakfast you decide. For relaxed movie evenings, the in-house TV includes a free Netflix account. WIFI is available free of charge in the house and on the property.
The large cozy double bed is located in the upper part of the house directly under the roof. Already for you, you can treat yourself after arrival directly to a break.

Access for guests
It is a self-contained, lockable guest house. During the entire stay you have the house and the terrace to yourself. You get your own key and thus all freedoms. We respect your privacy. For questions, wishes and needs, but we are always there for you.

Free parking in front of the property. Bus and tram station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. S-and subway just 5 minutes away. The property is located on the Berliner Ring, directly between S-Bahn and Storkower Straße underground stations and Frankfurter Allee. With the subway you come directly to Berlin Mitte to Alexanderplatz. With the S-Bahn you are within 30 minutes on the other side of the city. The trams go, for example, in the trendy district Friedrichshain to Warschauer Straße. Top traffic connections in all directions.
