It has a bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been fully renovated and furnished with vintage furniture and design. It also has a balcony for summer days! General information: The maximum number of tenants is 3. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, check-out by 12:00.

Bed linen and towels are included, 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 double sofa bed, a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV and WiFi. We’ll be very happy to meet you.
The Neighborhood
Please be aware that if you are in Berlin for tourism, there is a 5% fee in cash at check-in, but if you are in Berlin for work or study must present a statement of company or Institute for the exemption.

House Rules
1-Please do not make noise from 22:00 to 08:00 every day of the week, living in an apartment of a building where people go to work every morning and is on vacation; then please avoid as much as possible the noise during the hours above.
2-Smoking permitted on the balcony, please use the ashtray.
3-Pets not allowed.
4-All objects and furniture are part of the house, please leave them in their place.
5-If you have questions about the use of appliances or electronic devices do not hesitate to contact us, we will gladly help. In case you have a problem, contact us, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
6-It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the booked.
7- It ‘strictly forbidden to all downloads are individually registered and fined in Germany download illegal files from the Internet.
8 – No children under the age of 12 years.
9-If you have any questions, special requests or repairs please contattarcii, we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible. Although temporary this apartment is your home, please take care of it, we live here several months a year.
