Property Description
Big three room apartment (80 m2) in the middle of the center of Berlin between Brandeburg Gate (Unter den Linden), Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstrasse, Gendarmenmarkt and Checkpoint Charlie in the old quarter of the ministrys (on the very place of the old chancellory).
The apartment is very bright and ample. There is one living room with couches, TV and computer and access to the kitchen.
You have free internet acces (A-DSL, also wireless for your laptop). In the bathroom you have a bath tub.
All rooms are separated each from the other. The apartment is for up to four people: There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa-bed. The apartment is in the 5th floor (with lift). Just in front of the building are supermarket, department store, subway and bus station.
The price is 90 Euros per night for 1 or 2 people; each additional person is 20 Euros more. This includes linen and towels.
A discount is possible for stays of more than one week.
For stays over three nights, you won’t be charged for the final cleaning, otherwise it’s 40 € additional.
