The apartment has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with black a and white tiles and a lovely, functional kitchen. Elegant parquet flooring runs the length of the apartment with the exception of the bathroom.
The kitchen, fully equipped with all possible tools for cooking, was bought only a couple of years ago. In the bedroom, you have a bed designed by a local artist, table with Danish design chairs, a sofa and a couple of retro wardrobes. All over the apartment, on the walls you have posters, lithographies and photos made by the host’s artist friends.
If the sun shines, the garden terrace is the ideal place to sit down and have breakfast surrounded by the green, read the newspaper or just take a nap.
The apartment is also equipped with a laundry / dryer, wireless internet, and it is situated just 6 min. walk from SU Schonhauser Allee in a peaceful side street. Restaurants and bars just two street numbers away, or 2 min. walk in the Kopenhagenerstrasse.
SINCE JAN 1st 2014 BERLIN HAS INTRODUCED A ‘TOURIST TAX’ (5% of the Netto Price + VAT) THAT HAS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE APARTMENT OWNER. If you are subjected to it, I WILL CALCULATE THE TAX AMOUNT FOR YOU AND LET YOU KNOW BEFORE YOU COME TO BERLIN.
