The newly designed chalet with 350m² with lifestyle and charm is built from a turn of the century turn of 1900 with original old wood and a generously open interior design, using exclusive building biological materials in exclusive modern but also rustic style. It is structured in two living levels with a large living room with dining table for 10 people, couch and sled as a sunbathing area. Modern kitchen with kitchen unit, two level bedrooms each with two king size springbok beds and one bathroom each. A whirlpool for 2-4 people in the upper level is an ideal hot spot overlooking the large living room with about 120m ².
Two balconies and a terrace of 80 m² are integrated into the whole property.
Other levels are very suitable for children as a “playground”. A guest toilet complete the offer optimally.
Salzburg is about 25 km away, the Chiemsee can be reached in 15 km. Munich can be reached in about 110 km.
