The municipality of Dießen has redirected about 100 meters as the crow flies from my apartment to a former children’s playground and is currently carrying out there construction measures for 2 houses with 18 social housing through. From the apartment, the construction site is not visible.
However, since during the construction phase during the day (from about 7. 00 clock) to be reckoned with construction noise, I offer you as compensation for the reduced usability (eg of the balcony) on the now available for 2018 appointments by 30 percent reduced overnight stay price of 49.- Euro (instead of 70 Euro). The apartment with about 62 sqm is located in a very attractive residential area of ??Dießen and is located about 10 minutes walk from the lake, train station and the center of Dießen. A cozy bedroom with T-Flex-slatted frames and high-quality mattresses (1.60 meters total width) ensure your restful sleep. In addition, with the pull-out couch in the living room, another bed of 1.30 meters width is available.
2 bedside tables with lamps and a generous built-in wardrobe with modern controls complete the space. Our duvets are oversized, so even tall people do not have to sleep with their shoulders or feet outdoors.
In the morning you can enjoy your cozy breakfast on our large balcony with table, 4 comfortable chairs and wonderful views of the well-kept neighboring gardens and the old trees in the area. In summer, awnings are available against heat.
For your vehicle there is a parking space directly in front of the house.
Our top location on the Ammersee offers excellent opportunities at the beach baths and promenades for swimming and for all kinds of water sports (eg. Sailing, paddle boats, canoeing, stand-up paddling), the visitor can expect beautiful hiking and biking trails between green hills, meadows and forests.
But even in winter, you can make extensive refreshing and invigorating walks and bike rides around the lake with its good air and its beautiful surroundings.
In the center of Dießen you will find all the shops for daily needs and many pretty little shops to stroll. Of course, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, bike rentals, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, fish shops, butchers, bakers and much more.
From April to the end of October, the paddle steamers of the state shipping lines allow you to enjoy relaxing excursions around the lake and its neighboring villages with their picturesque piers and excellent gastronomy. Opposite Dießen on the other side of the lake near Herrsching, on a ridge of hills, is the venerable Andechs Monastery with its excellent food and drinks, especially its famous beers.
