The apartment is normally designed for 2 people. If required, we will gladly furnish the sofa in the kitchen living area as a bed for other people. An adult or 2 children can sleep on this couch. (plus 30, – Euro per day / adult, 15, – Euro per day / child). Travel cot – or Baby travel bed incl. Increase the mattress and changing mat can be prepared on request.
High quality and modern, new kitchen with coffee machine (pad machine), toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and kettle / thermos incl. Dishes.
Living room with sofa (extendable), with large flat screen TV, table, chairs. If required, we will provide a high chair for about 1 year.
September Storeroom in the basement with washing machine and brand new dryer / ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

A cozy bedroom with American, comfortable box spring bed, incl. Bedding. Wool blankets and other pillows available. From bedroom and living room walk-in balcony with electric grill, table and chairs.

Enjoy this great location, the beautiful lake and the lovely spa town Diessen! Make interesting excursions;
Central in Dießen, walk 5-8 minutes to the lake, train station and the center. You can easily reach all shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, bus station, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ice cream parlors on foot.
Explore the great surroundings, cities like Munich, Füssen, Augsburg or the romantic town Landsberg am Lech.
Partially everything with train / bus attainable.
Or take a nice steamboat trip to Herrsching with its beautiful beach promenade and numerous beer gardens.
The mountains are easy to reach and a trip is worth it all.
Like most lakes in Bavaria also offers the Ammersee the choice of scale beach resorts and self-chosen places for swimming in nature. Already in June, the water has a pleasant bathing temperature of over 20 degrees and attracts many tourists to the shore. Particularly popular resorts are Eching, Herrsching or Fishing Aidenried. The shallow north shore of the lake is suitable for families.
The nature and its enormous biodiversity around the Ammersee are preserved by the designated Ramsar protected area with its four nature protection areas.
Bicycles for excursions can be rented in the village. For this you will find enough information in the apartment.
