The beautiful apartment is located in the lovely city district Haidhausen. Here you can experience Munich’s unique atmosphere. You can reach most interesting locations, cafes, restaurants and the river Isar by foot.
The apartment is equipped with modern design furnishing. Warm light is flooding the room during daytime. You may relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunset.
The famous “Deutsche Museum” is 650 m and the S-Bahn station “Rosenheimer Platz” is 700 m by foot.
The next grocery store (Penny) is within 500m of the apartment.
With the public transportation system you can reach the apartment within 15 minutes from Munich main station.
You will have access to our fully equipped apartment with fridge, oven, dishwasher, WIFI, (Smart) TV, electric kettle and coffee maker.
Our bath has been rechaped in 2018 and comes with a stylish walk-in shower.
In the basement of the building you will find the washing machine (2 € per load) and the dryer (2 € per load).
For your dreams and a restful start to the new day, you have an extra compy couch. The couch can be extended to a width of 140 cm. In addition, we provide extra mattress for your comfort.
Please do not smoke. Sadly, no animals allowed (no purr or wuff etc.).
It is not a party location. We welcome guests looking for a peaceful and quiet location.
It is a quiet area, within a well-kept building complex next to several hotels. You have a small park in the front of your balcony.
