Our completed in May 2015 new apartment has a modern, luxurious facilities. So in the whole house high quality oiled oak flooring is laid. The entire interior is new and is complemented by a few antiques. We have paid particular attention in the establishment of a reduced modernity that suits the newly renovated upper floor of our house. Appealing exposed beams and an open pediment with a total height of 3.50 meters give the room a pleasant and spacious atmosphere.

The apartment offers in addition to a spacious living / dining area, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sleeping area for two people (140cm mattress base). Here is also a 42 inch flat screen TV to find, connect a DVD player and of course get all the satellite channels in HD quality.
