Other attractions, such as the large Olympic ski jump or the Partnachklamm are not far away from this holiday home and in just about 5-10 minutes walk you reach the historic Ludwigstraße, the center of the district Partenkirchen.

Holiday home is ideal for the whole familyThe house offers with its gigantic 200m ² space for up to 8 people. It has three cozy bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The bedrooms each have a double bed with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together with the family. It has everything you need, such as an oven, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.
The large, comfortable living- and dining room is equipped with a large dining table with 5 chairs and a bench, where you can enjoy your meal with the whole family. Furthermore, the spacious living room has a TV with DVD player, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a fireplace. On the first floor of the house is a beautiful gallery room, which you can use as a rest- or as a reading area. It is equipped with a corner sofa and a chair, as well as another TV with DVD player and a lot of books. In this gallery, you feel completely comfortable.
The “Haus am Katzenbach” also has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are equipped with bath towels, with a shower, toilet, hair dryer and a mirror. The bathroom on the 1st floor also includes a large bathtub.
