if you plan to rent a car there are parking spots all over around the building for about 1 euro and hour or 6 euro for 24 hours.
an elevator is available in the building.
the apartment provides 4 beds in 3 separately lockable rooms for 7 persons in total:
– the first room provides a king size air bed and a twin size sleeping sofa.
(additionally from this room you have access to the balcony)
– the second room provides a king size boxspring bed.
– the third room provides a queen size bed.
the apartment has full equipment for cooking. there is an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. in addition there is a coffee full automat for normal coffee and cappuccino. dishes, catlery, pots and pans are of course available too.
in every room you have cable television and a surround sound system. towels, lines and WIFI access are provided too and already included in the costs. if you need to wash some clothes you have a washing maschine in the apartment or you bring your stuff to the laundry which is located in 40m distance to the apartment.
the subway/metro station and a bus station is right in front of the building. therefore you reach the central station in only 3 minutes after 2 stops with the subway. due to the central location within the museum district and the excellent public transportation links most of the important sights of munich can also be reached very easy in few minutes. and even for those who prefer to walk and to explore the city by foot, the city center can be reached within 10-15 Min.
getting to the apartment with public transportation is very easy and quickly too:
from munich airport you just take the city train/suburban railway (line S8/black line) to direction munich city. at munich central station (Hauptbahnhof) you get off and go to the lower level and take the subway/metro (line U2/red line) to direction Feldmoching. at the second stop you get off at station “Theresienstraße” and use the rear exit on the right side by escalator. after reaching the street level you stand directly in front of the building.
Please note that Check-in is possible not before 3pm, since i need some time to prepare your apartment to make the stay for you as enjoyable as possible. I hope for your understanding.
For the handover of the keys please tell me a little bit in advance your expected arrival time as precise as you can, since i will wait for you in the apartment to give you the keys and to show you everything.
As soon as you’re at the apartment please just give me a call, then i’ll pick you up.
At your day of departure please just give me a short info by SMS or call as soon as you know your expected leaving time and please consider that your Check-out must be till 12:00 h (noon). You can leave the keys in the apartment at a good visible place (on the table for example).
Please help me by considering some important issues during your stay:
Besides a carefully use of the rental property please show consideration for the other residents of the building and neighbours and avoid beeing too loud especially during the rest periods and please avoid to ring the bells of the other residents and neighbours in the building. The correct bell of your apartment is the one with the empty panel in the 4th row on the left side.
During your stay you’ll have free access to a password protected WIFI network. Please consider that it`s forbidden to download copyright contents! Streaming instead is legally…
