Property Description
With the temporary rental of our private guest area as a holiday apartment, we continue the tradition of the house “Maria Augusta”. From 1909 to 2001 guest rooms were rented in the house.
With the completion of the renovation of the “Villa Kurpark” from 2005-2017, the guests now in absolutely central location in the district Garmisch a living / dining / work area (25 sqm) with access to garden, terrace, Garmisch park and a bedroom with a shower and WC (15 sqm) available. In the winter, a pellet stove in the living area and underfloor heating in the bathroom and bedroom provide cozy and cozy warmth. Between living room and bedroom is a hallway with cloakroom. The hall also serves the landlord as access to the technical room of the house. Drinks are available at cost price.
