Property Description
It’s a duplex apartment on 5-6th floor with a beautiful 70 sqm rooftop terrace.
It is located right next to the surfer wave and the ‘English Garden’ and you walk 5min to City Center (Marienplatz / Viktualienmarkt). So there are very nice bars, clubs and restaurants right around the corner as well as the museum of Art and History and the National Maximilianstrasse (Munich’s high end shopping mile). Please let me know if you want to need parking as we have sometimes some available.
The Space:
Located on the 5th floor we have the master bedroom with a high end King Vispring bed, the guest room / office with a deluxe murphy double bed and the main bathroom with bath tub.
On the 6th floor we have the living room with a comfortable couch did sleeps one and can put up a deluxe double air bed. The living room has doors to the kitchen and entrance area so you will not disturb eachother.
We recently moved into this apartment and have furnished it with a lot of love and really all necessities (all high quality pieces).
