In the living room there is a pull-out couch with TV and stereo, a large dining table; in the study there is as sleeping 2 mattresses, for the storage of clothes is a large, spacious wardrobe ready. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and a high cabinet that offers space for cosmetics. The small kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a table can accommodate a breakfast for two etc. Towels can be provided on request; Bed linen is provided.
There is a bus station 50m from the house entrance, and the subway station “Heimeranplatz” is less than 5 minutes away on foot. The underground line U5 takes 3 minutes to Theresienwiese and 5 minutes to the main station. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, as well as a butcher’s shop and a nice bakery, which serves fresh and lovingly prepared goods for breakfast in a nice atmosphere.
