Spend your vacation in our sunny, free-standing, 300 year old farmhouse that is at your sole disposal. The lovingly furnished house, which was completely restored in 2012, offers many beautiful details on 150 sqm of living space for 2-8 people, spread over three floors, and a sunny garden for leisurely meal, or Barbecue.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen. The living / dining room with its large solid wood table has room for 8 people, a warm stove for shady days, and a cozy sitting area for reading or discussion. Here you will also find some books, TV and many games for all ages.
The ground floor is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as the sauna. In the utility room is a washing machine and an iron.
In. 1 Floor there is a bedroom with a double four-poster bed and a single bed, another room with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds and a loggia. Also another bathroom with shower, two sinks and toilet there are on this floor.
Another staircase takes you to the DG. There you will find the. 2 Living room with a television, a DVD player and plenty of seating, and a single room with a bed.

The existing 5 bicycles in different sizes, the corresponding lockable bicycle shed, the sauna, two barbecues and a sled, the washing machine, the WLan and a cot and a highchair are of course free of charge.
For your and your children’s safety all sockets have a safety cover. Smoke detectors are located on two floors with the bedrooms. In each bedroom there is at least one window with fly screens.
Our house is located in rural outskirts grown in Diessen with beautiful walking and hiking paths directly on your doorstep. A large adventure playground your children will find 150 meters away.
The bus stop can be reached in 1 minute. The nearest restaurant is also in 1 minute.
Our house has been completely restored and is available since May 2012 as a holiday home. The kitchen has everything the dedicated cook wants, from the microwave to the dishwasher, the oven to freezer. All bedrooms and the living room have hardwood floors. On the ground floor you warmed floor heating or the stove. In the upper floors we have installed radiator.
Our house is a Non smoking home. You are welcome but smoking in the garden.
Take advantage of the optimum location of Diessen for your vacation. In an hour’s drive to Garmisch and the mountains, either hiking or skiing. The city of Munich with all its possibilities, the royal castles in Füssen or the Therme in Bad Wörishofen are also only an hour away. Or you go by steamboat over the Ammersee, run up to the monastery Andechs and enjoy your days off with a measure of Bavarian beer and a delicious snack.
