In general, we spoil you – surcharge – with a vital ‘good morning breakfast’ in the period from 8-10 clock in our breakfast room. Guests who want a vegan or basic breakfast are also welcome. Our detailed offer and the corresponding prices see our breakfast menu.
On request, we also offer a choice of hotel with daily intermediate cleaning and linen change at an appropriate cost.
Enjoy our exceptional 5-star country house suite ‘Wallenberg’ with your special living environment in the new, barrier-free cottage Theresa. The suite is very quiet in the garden. 1 Floor of the house and is easily accessible by elevator. In the closed bedroom our natural Zirbenholzbetten provide comfort in size for guaranteed healthy sleep experience. A barrier-free shower awaits you in the spacious bathroom with a window. In the living-dining area is adjacent to kitchen with dishwasher and oven kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle perfectly equipped. Make it was decorated with antiques residential area on the big couch cozy or enjoy the sun on one of the two balconies to the east and west sides.
We will pamper you with our individual and healthy breakfast service in our on-site breakfast room. Alternatively, you can use our drinks and bread service is available.

Central, quiet location of the house near the spa facilities and the spa gardens with spa. Ideal starting point for walks and cycling on the Isar and the nearby neighborhood of Frankfurt Hausberge Blomberg, Brauneck and Herzogstandbahn. Enjoy the unique mountain panorama of the Karwendel Mountains with easy walks or challenging mountain hikes in any season.
A great selection of leisure facilities, arts and culture, museums (Bull Museum and City Museum in Bad Tolz, Glentleiten Open Air Museum at Lake Kochel, Franz Marc Museum, Münterhaus in Murnau, Buchheim Museum in Starnberg). Leisure pools on site and in the surrounding area as well as the 19 lakes of Upper Bavaria allow a varied holiday program. Excursions to the nearby but also further afield are easily reached from Bad Tolz (z. B. Royal castles) or day trips to Munich, Garmisch, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Mittenwald, etc.
