Sun-drenched apartment in a quiet location between Hackerbrücke and Donnersbergerbrücke in the district of Neuhausen – wake up with the sun in the morning and see the Olympic Tower, in the evening on the balcony to enjoy the sunset.
Equipment: bedroom with double bed (160 cm), living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons plus dining room and kitchen. In addition to toilet and bath is in the bathroom also a washing machine.
Neuhausen is an urban quarter for living and working – everything that is needed daily can be found in the vicinity of the apartment: from the supermarket to various restaurants and cafes to shopping in small shops in Neuhausen … Get inspired!
The stop of the tram lines 16 and 17 is in 1 minute right around the corner. 4 stops by tram to the main train station in 5 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Continue to Marienplatz from the main station with all S-Bahn lines, there are 2 stations. The Hackerbrücke with the central bus station (ZOB) is reachable in 2 stations or 10 minutes on foot from my apartment.
It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn / U-Bahn. With all S-Bahn lines or U-Bahn U1 / U7, there are only 2 stations to the main station or 4 stations to Marienplatz.
For the fair in Munich-Riem first use the subway U1 / U7 with change to the subway U2 at the main station or Sendlinger Tor – travel time is 25 minutes.
To the airport: The easiest way is to take tram 16 or 17 to the central station and change there to the S-Bahn S1 / S8. About one hour is scheduled for the trip.
