In the region of the Bavarian Danube valley and Klosterwinkels, in a beautiful, quiet location is our tasteful property with two spacious break-time apartments. Surrounded by the idyllic hilly landscape, not far from the spa triangle Bad Birnbach, Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, our apartments are ideal for relaxation and recharge your batteries.
But also day trips for the whole family – for example, in the nearby Bayernpark, the western town of Pullman City or the cultural city of Passau are on offer.
Time-out means to me that you can come to rest here and just feel good. Dahoam, that’s a very nice feeling. Out of everyday life, get out of the city, switch off and find yourself. I wanted to share this experience with other people, which gave rise to the idea of ??time-out apartments.
However, time-out can also mean watching the children play on the opposite playground from the balcony and drinking a coffee while relaxing. Or just a good book to read. A children’s chair, children’s books and games for children and the whole family, as well as a TV can be found in the apartment.
And if you like eating out in the open, you can have breakfast with your loved ones on the balcony, have breakfast on our sunny terraces or heat up the barbecue.
For those who want to do something with new strength and energy, such as B. If you want a Danube boat trip, horseback riding in the nearby riding stables or golfing in Bad Griesbach, we are happy to provide you with tips for the region.

The spacious apartment (60 sqm) welcomes you with a very nice wardrobe with a large mirror. The sleeping (cuddly) – room has a double bed and is enough space to bring all things down. The bathtub in the bathroom invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing up takes over the dishwasher. Another highlight is in the living room. The comfortable sofa bed is not only set up with a handle, but guaranteed with slatted frame and continuous mat (1. 60x2m) a restful sleep. Hardwood floors, wooden ceilings and access to the large balcony complete the feel-good climate in this apartment.
