We offer you a centrally located apartment with excellent access for up to 4 people in Munich (good parking by park license). When traveling by car: Since the apartment is located in a park area license, you can pay a deposit of 50, – Euro and day use fee of 1.50 get a parking permit card from us. The deposit will be returned upon return of the card referred back or handed out.

he apartment is centrally located in the district of Giesing and is well connected to public transportation: tram line 27 and bus 54 in front of the house, underground and S-Bahn station Giesing (U2 Feldmoching Fair City East, S-Bahn line 2 and 6) in ca . 5 minutes walking distance. Please contact us for detailed information on how the apartment from the airport (about 45 minutes) or reach the main train station (about 30 min). By car, take the ring road south (Chiemgaustraße) and turn into the Schwanseestraße towards the city center. After about 800 meters you cross Werinherstrasse, right in the corner building is the apartment. The apartment is located in a park license area, on bail and for a small fee you can get a residents parking permit for the area. In the surroundings there are different kinds of shops, opposite a supermarket, and 30m a bakery with an attached cafe (also open Sundays).
