This detached holiday home is situated outside the town of Deggendorf, adjacent to the Bavarian Forest Nature Park and surrounded by meadows and forests. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort in mind. The tiled stove in the living/dining room creates a cosy atmosphere. Special highlights are the small wellness room with sauna and the heated outdoor jacuzzi. You’re welcome to enjoy the large garden with a south-facing terrace, garden furniture and barbecue for no extra cost. In every season, bike- and hiking trails run across the attractive region around the town. Highly recommendable destinations such as Deggendorf’s water park, Estate Aiderbichl, Egg Castle and many more are only a few minutes’ drive away. We can also recommend day trips to Passau, Straubing and Regensburg. Aside from a relaxing holiday atmosphere, the area also offers extensive leisure activities. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes. The nearby swimming pond is an attraction during the summer months. In the cold season you’ll find several possibilities for skiing, ski-hiking and cross country skiing on the nearby ski trail.
