Our apartment was modernized in late 2017 / early 2018 and is temporarily available for a great entry price. The apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!) you are in about 10 minutes in the valley. The ski area of ??Laterns is only a 10-minute drive away.
We have paid attention to a loving but functional features of the apartment. Isolated pieces of furniture are still being replaced. The bedroom has a large double bed (180x200cm) available. The spacious kitchen with access to the balcony invites you to linger. In this room is a sofa bed (about 115x190cm lying area) and a sofa chair (lying area 80x200cm) available. The kitchen has a good basic equipment, a dishwasher is available as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. In addition to a TV, there are also some magazines and games.
It is a holiday apartment complex on the mountain in which some people live fix. The installations and the electrical system do NOT meet the standard that one is used to in Austria today: hot water treatment by water heater (can occasionally lead to Temperaturunregelmäsigkeiten) and the fuse flies out every now and then ;-). Most of the time you do not notice it anyway, but we do not want to disappoint expectations!
