Spend your vacation with us in a new, free-standing holiday house surrounded by a garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Schwarzenbach. The 110 square meters apartment consists of a living room with comfortable seating and a warming fireplace, a modern kitchen with dining area, an entrance hall, two bedrooms with two beds, a spacious bathroom, and a terrace. For cyclists there is a lockable garage to house the bicycles.
It is important for us to provide for you as our guests a cozy and homely atmosphere. This allows you to end the day before the wood-fired fireplace after an eventful day in the Upper Palatinate.
It is very important to us that even our youngest guests feel at home here. Very close to the house there is a well-maintained playground.
Our house offers enough space for 4 people and a toddler.

For your safety radio-controlled smoke detectors are installed in all rooms. A working fire extinguisher is available. Smoking in and immediately around the house is not permitted for fire protection reasons.
We have placed great emphasis on that supplied our house even with energy. For this reason, we have installed a photovoltaic system. It was important to us that renewable resources be used in the region for heating the house. When selecting the materials we chose for natural materials such as wood, stone, steel or glass.
