Welcome to the Landhaus Schneider!
The accommodation
Built in 1950, the house has been owned by the Schneider family since 2017. We are very pleased to welcome you to our country house. The rental to holiday guests takes place since the core renovation in 2017. Through the core refurbishment we offer you every comfort you need for a relaxing holiday.
In order to express this comfort, we decided to objectify our country house objectively by the DTV classification. We are very proud that we have been awarded 5 stars.
In the house you have two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with single bed available.

Below you will find all the important information for your stay.
Towels, bed linen and bathrobes
Towels, bed linen and bathrobes are provided free of charge. For a longer booking, than a week, replacement laundry is ready.
Your beds are made upon your arrival. If you ever need a new set, you are welcome to come to us.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome in our country house!
In the fenced garden they are allowed to do the fast business. Please do not leave your pet unattended outside!
Responsible dog owners take of course the obligatory dung bag when walking. These can be found in the kitchen in a drawer. Others are installed in the gas stations around Dornstetten. There, please also dispose of the filled bags to keep the odor level in the trash can low.
Behind the house is a possibility to wash dirty dog ??paws. The dog towels are in a separate container in the windscreen. Bowls and dog blankets in different sizes are deposited in the vestibule of the cellar.
Children’s options:
Board games and art supplies are in the closet in the dining room.
In the garden a sandpit and vehicles / play street are available.
The snack garden in summer delights all children’s hearts.
A large playground with great climbing equipment is located 5 minutes away from Norma and Rossmann in the Bahnhofstraße
Technical Devices:
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
We offer you the use of our WLAN. For this we ask you to sign a user agreement (copy see page 7). Please bring this filled in upon arrival. The access data is located on the router. On the upper floor, a repeater provides the best WLAN illumination. Please do not remove this.
TV
The station lists and instructions are enclosed with each TV set separately.
The transmitters correspond to the delivery settings of Samsung and Sharp.
Please do not change the order.

The Landhaus offers 4 telephones for free calls to German landlines. All other numbers are blocked.
boot dryer
Wet shoes can be quickly put back into use in the electric boot dryer in the basement
Laundry facilities
Washer: In order to be able to do laundry during your holiday, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the kitchen. The use is free. When the weather is fine, you can also use the drying rack behind the house in the meadow.
Bicycle / e-bike / ski
If you arrive with bicycles / skis, you are welcome to use our bicycle room / car garage (in the basement of the house). There you will also find a charging station for your e-bikes, as well as a small workshop. You will receive a key directly from us.
cleaning utensils
The cleaning utensils and the common detergents can be found in the tall cupboard in the kitchen, as well as in the sanitary facilities. If something is used up here, please let us know or replace it.

About this theme are a separate flyers and brochures with attractions, hiking and biking trails, and recreational opportunities.
parking
If you have arrived by car, you have a parking space in / in front of the garage up to the maximum SUV size available. Alternatively, you can find parking on the street in front of the house.
First aid kit
The first aid kit is located in the tall cabinet in the kitchen.
waste disposal
In the kitchen there is a waste separation system, the associated tons are in front of / in the garage. Please separate after:
Paper and cardboard (blue ton)
Plastic and aluminum (yellow bag)
Residual waste (gray bin)
Organic waste (brown bin)

Cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the rent.
We ask that you keep the apartment clean. Should a major “mishap” happen, where the cleaning utensils in the apartment are insufficient, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A vacuum cleaner can be found in the hallway.
Before departure
We hope you had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Before you leave the Landhaus Schneider again, we ask you to consider the following things:
Put in the dishwasher with the last harness and switch it on
Please take your personal food with you from the fridge and freezer. Please do not switch off the fridge or the freezer.
Please close the window and let the heater run if necessary.
The environment
The immediate vicinity of the country house offers almost unlimited opportunities for hiking, walking or cycling.
A city map and a cycling map can be found in the dresser in the hallway. Please return the cards to the appropriate folder after your stay. If you want to take a city map home with you, you can get it at the local tourist office.
