The comprehensive and exclusively equipped 5-star holiday home with a nice flair is located on the edge of the forest on the SW slope in the spa resort of Bad Wildbad. It has 4 double rooms, 1 children’s room (slants) on the top floor, plus 2 cots and 1 crib (max. 8 adults +max. 4 children), 4 bathrooms, a sauna with fitness room (Ergometer, Stepper, Trimilin and foosball), flight simulator with Cessna Cockpit reconstruction, table tennis, badminton court, tree house (with large terrace and 7.5 sq. m cabin expansion in the upper area of the garden for outdoor fans), 3 BBQ areas, terrace incl. heater and tent space for children (tents available). You can celebrate family festivals with up to 16 people in the large living room and dining room. The comprehensively equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen with a 5-flame gas stove and 120 l-E-grill oven has a dishwasher, different electronic devices, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, etc. The washing machine and the dryer are next to the fitness room. Each room has SAT-TV and a sitting corner. A comprehensively equipped game trunk and Märklin train with Winrail, foosball and ping pong and badminton offer many possibilities.
Other information: Great anti-aging climate for 100 year old people, also called summer freshness: comfortably cool in the night & tolerably warm during the day, dry air full of oxygen. Since the tap water in Bad Wildbad has the highest drinking water quality, we have free oxygen cartridges and a soda club bottle ready for every resident. Black tea is also free. In front of the house, there is a spice garden with sage, thyme, different types of mint, balm, rosemary for tea preparation, sweetened with fir honey – a healing and good tasting drink variation. Other types of herbs are available. We have a forest berry meadow with small, aromatic berries, blackberries, raspberries, gooseberries, figs and a lot of huckleberries & cranberries in the garden so that you can make milkshakes for your children with fresh fruits (a blender is available in the kitchen). Your children can fly paper airplanes on the forest meadows.
Cutting wood and watching animals: cutting wood frees you greatly! In Charlottes Forsthaus, you can get & cut the wood for the tile stove, fireplace & living room free of charge from the forest, because we have a right to get wood: Mr. Hensel has a chainsaw certificate. Under instruction, you can cut trees and watch animals from the raised blind. Have you ever watched a mountain cock in nature? You can still do this in the North Black Forest nature reserve. The guide on the hiking path is not just an exciting and informative experience for your children. Hunters can hunt as well. More information on request. If you have never cut sandstone, you should do this in Charlottes Forsthaus. Hammer & chisel are provided. Stones, instruction and supervision are provided by the local mason for a low fee. If you take your homemade sandstone sculpture home with you, Ch. Forsthaus will always be a good memory.
Additional information about the equipment: adjacent to the fitness room with sauna. Ergometer, Cross-Walker, Stepper, Trimilin for rebounding gymnastics, weights, Petzi balls, bands, foosball and drink storage, another fridge and the beer tap. In a room next door you will find the washing machine, dryer, 1 iron board, 1 iron, 1 sewing box and the sewing machine. For bad weather, we offer your children comprehensive games, an electric train and a children’s swing in the hall. In the garden, the children can build their own igloo tents (mats, sleeping bags and dishes are also provided), make a fire and play badminton, table tennis, Indiaka, in the sandbox or in the tree house. Furthermore, 2 sleds belong to the equipment of the house. Remember: the house price is calculated for 8 people. For your maximum 4 children, who additionally can spend their time in the tent or on mattresses, you will not pay anything extra.
