Our house, a cultural monument, in St. Maergen/Freiburg is a very silent and comfortable accommodation, it is right for a family (2-6 persons), 107qm. There is a living room with SAT-TV, radio, a dining room with a large table at an old tiled stove (central heating also, of course!), sleeping rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Our flat is arranged with beautyful period furniture (but you sleep in novel beds!). Our balcony is large, the garden coloured. In the beginning of the 20th century the famous painter Karl Biese, 1863-1926, lived and worked in our house – you can see some of his lithographies in the flat.
St. Märgen , close to Freiburg, is a small, lovely village, a classical summer-resort, situated on a mountain range with a pretty view on the highest Black Forest-mountains. All over the year you can make hikes. Natural swimming lake without chemicals!
