The Non smoking holiday apartment is located in the attic (2. Floor). It was rebuilt with great attention to detail, furnished and completed in May 2013.
On 82 square meters there is a spacious living and dining room with open kitchen above and storage room overlooking the roof terrace, a spacious hallway that leads to the modern bathroom and the end lying friendly bedroom.
The bedroom has 4 sleeping possibilities (a double bed and a sofa bed). Also in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons. The apartment is suitable for single persons, for couples as well as for families. It has a TV with satellite connection, a music system and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 2 coffee machines for filters or Nespresso capsules, washing machine). Other useful items such as clothes horse, iron and vacuum cleaner can be found in the store room.
A cot (up to 2 years) and a children’s highchair can be provided free of charge on request.
Information about the location:
The apartment is located 900 meters from the center in a quiet location. The nearest supermarket (Rewe) is 500 meters away. Opposite is the bus stop of the Bürgerbuss.
The heart center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Bad Krozingen enjoys the pure location luxury – enjoy it too! In the broad Rhine plain between the Black Forest and the Vosges mountains, Bad Krozingen lies in the midst of the heavenly and hilly Markgräflerland. A feel-good place, which is favored by the climate: Sun and mild temperatures vying around the year to spread southern flair. The location of the apartment offers many possibilities year-round: in spring, summer and autumn you can make wonderful trips, bike tours, hikes or bus tours to Kaiserstuhl, Markgräflerland, the Black Forest, Switzerland or France. The local restaurants and ostrich farms offer with food and wines from partly own agriculture great culinary delights.
In winter there is the possibility to enjoy our nearby, varied, but not overcrowded ski area.
Not only a wonderful wellness oasis with thermal baths, a wide variety of saunas and treatments, but also the most diverse cultural offerings join the pleasing climate.
Even friends of culture and history are spoiled here in Bad Krozingen. Enjoy the many cultural offers of the surrounding area and experience a wonderful and varied nature on walks, hikes and bike rides.
Also sightseeing tours in Freiburg (16 km) or Breisach (18 km) are worthwhile. The proximity to France and Switzerland offers further possibilities for city trips such as to Colmar (38 km), Strasbourg (99 km), Basel (60 km) and Zurich (142 km).
