The very good train / bus connection (8 min walk) offers trips to Heidelberg (10 min), Mannheim (30 min), Sinsheim (20 min) and to further Neckar valley.
The variety of leisure activities in Neckargemünd with natural swimming pool, climbing, biking / pedelec and canoe rental and riding stables invites you to stay in place.
The transport links with the car is very good: in 20 minutes you are in central Heidelberg, in Sinsheim, or on the A5 / A6 motorway.
On our street and the hearing / speech center Heidelberg / Neckargemünd is 2 min walk. The Orthopaedic University Hospital Heidelberg, Stephen Hawking, the school or the Leonardo da Vinci High School, in 5 min by car o. Bus can be achieved.
The studio is located in a new building and is separated by a private entrance from the rest of the house. A wooden terrace is just like the parking lot in front of the house for your exclusive use.
The one bedroom apartment with its approx 35 sqm is fully equipped for your stay.
Both give a cozy sitting area with armchair and sofa (sofa bed) and satellite TV and a DVD / CD player quiet or exciting times in the apartment an ideal condition. Of course there is also the Internet through our wireless access open.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove (ceramic hob, oven), fridge with 3 * freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and full kitchen facilities. Without problems, you can prepare all meals of the day in the kitchen.
The double bed in the bedroom guarantees a good night’s sleep for 2 people. More 2 cozy sleeping accommodation are available through the bed.
The bathroom includes a large shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.
Both bed linen and towels are provided by us for you.
