The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a stylish Black Forest house situated next t to a wild stream, just outside the officially recognised health resort Wieden. You can relax on the very spacious roof terrace (90 sq.m., for sole use) you can and enjoy a wonderful view of the forest, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The house lies in a high valley in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park and is surrounded by forests and meadows with grazing cows. At the same time, the town centre is only 600 metres away. Driving approx. 30 kilometres will take you to the Schauinsland and Belchen mountains as well as to the 1493 metre high Feldberg. In the summer, the area attracts visitors with numerous cycling and hiking paths. Other options are fishing, riding, summer tobogganing, plus miniature golf facilities and tennis courts. In the winter, the area has six operational ski lifts; you can also go snow hiking and cross-country skiing on the prepared track that runs past the house. The KONUS-Card grants you free use of public transport.
