The open dining and living area with six meters ceiling height is bright, spacious and offers enough space for you and your loved ones.
You can enjoy your breakfast on the south-facing balcony or unwind in the deck chair on the rooftop terrace. In colder seasons, the open fireplace brings a cozy atmosphere and a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. The Samsung TV has international channels – certainly in your language. You have a free, perfectly working WiFi.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and fine white linen. There is another TV in the master bedroom. So it is easier to decide whether important “football match” or “crime scene” is turned on. The holiday in the “SCHWARZWALD-TRAUMBLICK” is pure relaxation for you and your family.
The adjoining, bright, Italian-style bathroom has a bath, a soaker shower, a bidet and two sinks.
What the beautiful apartment still offers in concluding peculiarity, are the gorgeous views from every corner of the apartment in the great outdoors, in the Black Forest or over the rooftops of Lichtental. A few steps from the house you will find miles of walking and hiking trails for refreshment and barbecue facilities. Likewise, starting at the Lichtental Abbey in about thirty minutes, a comfortable walk – along the river Oos – leads you over the Lichtentaler Allee to the city center.
The infrastructure is very good. Immediately outside the front door there is a bakery, the trattoria “Dolce Vita”, doctor, hairdresser, ladies boutique, computer expert, Edeka grocery store and the gateway to the Black Forest – the newly opened “Geroldsauer mill” with a cozy garden restaurant and organic sausage Meat and food department.
