The apartment is located directly on the Zwischenahner sea and has a spacious balcony with spectacular lake views. From the apartment you can enjoy through the floor-to-ceiling windows a unique view of the third largest lake in Lower Saxony.
The 3-room apartment (60m²) can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for holiday guests:
A large box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) in the bedroom offers you the unique opportunity to look out of bed on the Zwischenahner Meer and the jetty. The living area also boasts the unique view and the large living area with additional sleeping for two more people (slatted frame and right mattress). A completely refurbished kitchenette with full facilities (eg Oven with grill etc.) is ready for use during your stay. The adjoining dining area offers four people a pleasant seat on high-quality rocking chairs. The bathroom has a bath with shower and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi, flat screens in living room and bedroom as well as the entire “standard equipment” of a holiday apartment in the upper segment is of course available.
An elevator and almost barrier-free accesses to the apartment, as well as in the apartment itself, offer the greatest possible comfort for mobile limited guests.
In the immediate vicinity of the city center of Bad Zwischenahn, the health resort can be reached on foot within a few minutes on foot. Very well-developed hiking and biking trails make for relaxing walks and relaxing bike rides. In the courtyard of the condominium is a belonging to the residential marina. The Eyhauser Sailing Club e. V. has his home port here. We are happy to organize a small sailing trip for you on our boat or use the surfboard or bicycles belonging to the apartment.
