They spend their holidays in the ground floor apartment of a turn-of-the-century villa built after the expiration of historicism and the Art Nouveau period. Many design elements such as the colorfully glazed wooden porch, the front door, the ceiling of the coffered ceiling, the Art Nouveau style door handles are witnesses of this time and we strive to preserve them.
The newly renovated apartment with its own front door is at ground level and is continuously accessible, but unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
The equipment of the apartment is classically conservative with an emphasis on comfort and is aimed at guests who appreciate quality living.
It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, utility room and hallway and is fully tiled.
Bedroom:
2 single beds – in the evening in bed Television? Comfortable with the electrically adjustable bed frame. Raise the backrest and enjoy the comfortable view of a large TV. No problem with the senior-friendly remote control.
Living room:
You have to decide. Armchair or sofa? Feet on the stool or not? Watching TV, or rather sit at the desk and surf the Internet? A cup of tea? Teapot and warmer are ready.
Kitchen:
Stove (ceramic), oven, double sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and much more. In the morning, a coffee from the freshly ground beans from the coffee grinder, or a tea? Cozy sit at the kitchen table with a slice of toast, or at least the 70 meters through the Ufergarten with the coffee cup in hand to the sea? Let your eyes wander over the sea and see you in the sunrise? Everything is possible, you have to decide.

No smoking in the apartment, but in the garden or under the protective awning at the entrance no problem.
Parking possible on the property in front of the entrance or in the garage at no extra cost.
In the garage you can also safely bring the bikes brought.
