“Above the Clouds” the height Chalet Klippitz has been completed in October 2015 right in the ski and hiking area Klippitztörl. The year-round access by car, Chalet can accommodate 7 people.
Downstairs there is the inviting to cozy living and dining area. It has a fully satisfying equipped kitchen, which invites everyone to self cook.
The dining area offers plenty of space for meals but also ideal for leisurely laps with lots of fun and games. From there you can reach the terrace, have sun here the possibility to observe the course of the sun from the east up to its demise.
Prestigious, with unrestricted views of the mountains, the sun Landscape seduced in the living area.
A wood pellet stove provides warmth on cold days throughout the house.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 7 persons. A bathroom and steam sauna, and from there one has an unobstructed view over the mountains.
The second bathroom is located downstairs.
The entrance is equipped with fitted wardrobes and a dressing room. For all winter sports enthusiasts is located in this area and the boot warmer. In Stadel outside the front door there is space for a variety of sports equipment. In the garage or on the parking lot in front of the garage bicycles, motorcycles and the car can be parked safely.
We decided to rent the chalet height only to Non smoking and animal free.
