The accommodation
The house is well suited for groups, family reunions and seminars. We have 22 beds (as well as a few cots) in 8 rooms, 4 baths, a kitchen and a large group room with 65 m2.
Our small restaurant in the old cowshed “the fruit wine tavern” provides you during your stay with exceptionally delicious food and drinks. From home-baked wholemeal rolls over various own fruit wine varieties to 5-course menu, or even with solid simple dinner is possible.
Who is looking for a very special place for his wedding is right with us !!! The small old village church is a very romantic place for your wedding :))).
We are fast and easy to reach in the middle of Germany and from all directions.
The rooms are comfortably furnished as a twin room or as a family room (3 to 4 beds).
Our small village named Vierbach is located in the middle of the nature park Meißner-Kaufungerwald. The varied meadow and mountain landscape has its own special romantic charm.
Access for guests
In the house you will find for your coziness a wood-burning stove which you are welcome to cheer for comfortable hours. Wood is behind the house. We are happy to help here when needed the first time. We have a video beamer that we already lend. Also our keyboard and one and the other instrument can be borrowed. Sitting in the garden, lying, sunbathing or playing is allowed, I would even say welcome :)) Have you ever played wickinger chess? A nice pastime for all ages. Our house has stuffed countless bookshelves with books. there you will find everything, from trivial to high voltage. You will also find an extensive collection of games.
If you do not want to give up your electronic accessories, we have electricity in the sockets and Wi-Fi is also available. We always customize the kitchen equipment for you individually. Who wants to give his wine in the decanter, no problem that we always like to borrow. ?

Excursions:
Here in Werra Meißner circle there is a lot to experience !! Always worth a hike is the wildlife park Germerode just 4 km away from us. If you want to experience a lot of nature, there is plenty of opportunity on the high Meissner and plenty of well-marked hiking trails. The Werratalsee near Eschwege invites you to take a bath. Also you can do paddle trips on the Werra. An old coal mine in Abterode can be visited and if you are looking for cultural highlights then the Wartburg near Eisenach is recommended. Here you can walk in Luther’s footsteps. Eisenach is about 45 minutes away from us. Last but not least, the romantic half-timbered town of Bad Sooden Allendorf in the Border Museum offers the opportunity to experience the history of the division of Germany in a multifaceted way.
Festival aficionados are still recommended the festival Open Flair which takes place every year in August. Small but nice. My tip in front of our house is a bank because you can sit so do nothing and drink a little cozy;))) that is synonymous.

Four kilometers from Vierbach goes the railway line Göttingen / Fulda with the breakpoint Reichensachen Wehretal along. Here you have every 2 hours connection to the big wide world!
